Hello! We are very excited to share this Stanley Idaho Adventure Elopement with you all!
It’s no doubt that the current pandemic going on in the world has caused many to change their wedding plans, but that doesn’t mean your wedding still can’t be an absolutely special day! Jaimi and Eric had originally planned on getting married during a rafting trip here in Idaho, but due to the pandemic, those plans were unable to happen. These two had planned to travel all the way from North Carolina for their wedding, and even though their original plans changed, they still made their dream of getting married in the Idaho mountains happen!
We loved their simple approach to eloping in the mountains, and loved all of the personal details they incorporated into this beautiful day! There were only 2 others in attendance, Jaimi’s sister and brother in law who they were married by. Eric and Jami’s wedding ceremony took place right along a river, which was perfect for this kayak loving couple! After their official wedding ceremony, they waded in the water and shared personal vows just with each other, which we thought was very sweet. Following the vows we headed over to a meadow with stunning views of the Sawtooth mountains. There the newlyweds set up a small picnic with their wedding cake and shared a toast we each other and with their family. The rest of the evening was filled with more drinks, laughs and exploring the gorgeous scenery around Stanley Lake. We were so happy to be a part of this special wedding day. We loved not only capturing the memories, but also showing Jami and Eric one of our very favorite places in Idaho! We’re so happy our paths crossed with this amazing couple, and wish them the very best on their marriage adventure.
Cheers to you Jaimi + Eric!
